Most of the lab tests we order are not offered by medical clinics or hospitals. The only testing we do that is the same as what traditional medicine offers is standard blood tests like testing for blood sugar, thyroid hormones, sex hormones, inflammation, vitamin D, red blood cell markers (hemoglobin, hematocrit), white blood cells, kidney function, liver health, food allergies, etc. Virtually every other test we offer is not offered in a traditional medical clinic, nor is it accepted through insurance.

Unfortunately, insurance doesn’t cover our services, labs, and supplements, so we can’t take insurance. The labs we use are small, private lab companies, and their testing is not covered by insurance. Supplements are not covered by insurance, either.

No, we do not submit to insurance. However, we provide you with CPT codes for testing and services that you can submit on your own.

The initial appointment and testing costs between $2,000-$6,000 depending on the number of tests needed and your specific condition(s).

Appointment costs (excluding the cost of testing and supplements):

• Initial Functional Medicine Consultation (60-90 min): $618
• Initial Report of Findings Consultation (60 min): $259
• Follow-Up Consultations (30 min): $109

Payment for all services, testing, and supplements is due at the time of service. If you are ordering testing or supplements, payment is due when you order the testing/supplements.
